Lolita Ann Parsley, 69, went to be with the Lord at her home in Poughkeepsie Arkansas on January 30th, 2025. She was born in Biloxi MS and lived there most of her childhood and young adult years before coming to Arkansas. She worked at White River Medical Center for many years, doing clerical work for the OB department. She loved her job and time there and spoke of them often. She loved spending time outdoors and loved her puppy dogs. She would talk about her childhood frequently and tell stories about her mom and dad. She loved all her family in Mississippi so much. She met her husband Travis later in life and really enjoyed the last 6 years of her life with him.

She was preceded in death by her father Don and mother Trudy, both of Biloxi Mississippi. Lolita is also preceded in death by two baby boys, who died at birth, all who she is now meeting again. Lolita was born in Biloxi Mississippi, recently residing in Poughkeepsie Arkansas with her husband. Lolita is survived by daughters Gretchen and Erica Ward of Gulfport Mississippi. Brother Mike (Cheryl) Ross of Biloxi, MS. Husband, Travis Parsley of Poughkeepsie, AR, and three stepchildren, Tyler, Cody, and Savanna Parsley, all of Cave City Arkansas.

Lolita will be missed by many, but we know she is now in her eternal home with the Lord and her family who passed on. Psalm 23 tells us that The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.

A celebration of life will be held for Lolita Ann Parsley at Lebanon Cemetery in Poughkeepsie at a later date.

Arrangements by Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City.
