Eathel Mae Lawrence went to be with the Lord on February 4, 2025, at White River Healthcare in Calico Rock, Arkansas.
Eathel was born on March 1, 193,7 to Ulis and Bonnie Fletcher. She is survived by her daughter, Carla (Garry) Stewart of Mountain View and son, Darrell (Gayle) Lawrence of Onia; Grandchildren, Rebecca (Dale) Wilson of Onia, Matthew (Kassi) Lawrence of Greenbrier, John (Samantha) Lawrence of Mountain View, Jennifer (Justin) Cook of Mountain View, Julie (Bryan) Duncan of Mountain View, James Stewart of Washington, DC and Arnab Majumdar of Washington, DC; Great Grandchildren, Ethan (Kara) Wilson of Mountain View, Justin (Emily) Wilson of Onia, Greyson Wilson of Onia, Korbin Lawrence of Greenbrier, Kannon Lawrence of Greenbrier, Liam Lawrence of Mountain View and baby Lawrence in August of 2025, Ladd Cook of Mountain View, Lincoln Cook of Mountain View, Leo Cook of Mountain View, Drey Duncan of Mountain View and Allegra Duncan of Mountain View; Great Great Grandchildren, Knox and Ella Wilson of Mountain View and Keaton Wilson of Onia. She is also survived by a sister, Jeraldine Mitchell of Mountain View and nieces and nephews and friends.
Eathel is preceded in death by her husband, Carlos Lawrence; her parents; infant son, Gerald; brothers, Afton, Albert and Lorn Fletcher and a sister, Ethel Faye Blake.
A long-time member of Bethany Missionary Baptist Church, Eathel loved the Lord and wanted more than anything to know all her family was saved. Her family was the center of her universe. She worked for many years at Blanchard Shirt Factory and in the cafeteria at the hospital where she made lasting friendships.
The pallbearers are Darrell Lawrence, James Stewart, Matthew Lawrence, John Lawrence, Ethan Wilson and Justin Wilson.
