A 70-year-old Independence County man has died from injuries sustained in a motorcycle crash earlier this month in Stone County, according to the Arkansas State Police.
Rickey Devon Reeves of Batesville was riding a 2019 Yamaha XV250 eastbound on State Highway 14 on Feb. 8 when the Yamaha crossed the center line and veered off the road, authorities said. The motorcycle struck a culvert sign and overturned, ejecting Reeves from the vehicle.
Reeves was transported to White River Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead on Feb. 14, state police said.
