First Community Bank has promoted Megan Tuggle (pictured) to assistant vice president, credit card manager.
Tuggle, who joined the bank in 2022, brings more than 12 years of financial experience to the role.
“Megan has consistently demonstrated her dedication to providing exceptional service and innovative solutions for our customers,” said Steve Wilcoxon, president of dealer direct. “Her ability to lead with integrity and build strong relationships will be instrumental in the continued growth of the credit card department. We are excited to see her excel in this leadership role.”
Tuggle began her career at First Community Bank as a non-interest income assistant in January 2022. She transitioned to dealer direct relationship manager in July 2023 and began supporting both dealer direct and credit card initiatives in October 2023. Since December 2024, she has focused solely on the credit card department.
“Joining First Community Bank has been an incredible experience, and I am grateful for the opportunity to grow with this organization,” Tuggle said. “The bank’s commitment to its employees and communities is unmatched. I look forward to expanding the credit card department and helping customers find solutions that meet their financial needs.”
Outside of work, Tuggle is actively involved with Harrison Street Church of Christ. She and her husband, Jake, were married in 2011 and have three children: Cole, 12, and twin daughters, Sadie and Kenzie, 10. In her free time, she enjoys watching her children’s sports activities, spending time with family and friends, and riding their side-by-side.
