
Lena Mae Ring Cohrs, 79, of Batesville passed away Saturday, March 8, 2025.
She was born April 23, 1945 in Cave City to Woodrow and Willie (Brashers) Ring.
Lena was a devout Christian with a big, loving heart. She loved her family and enjoyed walking in her yard, watching birds and squirrels. Lena worked at Con Agra for 33 years.
Survivors include two sons, Tony Cohrs (Amanda) of Southside, Scott Cohrs (Rebecca) of Mountain View; one daughter, Denise Shands of Southside; five brothers, Troy Ring of Pleasant Plains, Thomas Ring of Cushman, James Ring of Sidney, Gail Ring of Batesville, Junior Ring of Mountain Home; five sisters, Zelma Buie of Oklahoma, Bonnie Hawkins of Batesville, Georgie Flietner of Thida, Anita Nast of Batesville, Pat Platt of Batesville; eleven grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents; one son, Clayton Cohrs; two brothers, Roy and Wilson Ring; one sister, Thelma Reeves, and one great-grandchild, Lila Cohrs.
Tony Cohrs, Scott Cohrs, Brian Ring, Christopher Nast, Ricky Ring, and Larry Ring will be pallbearers. All of her grandchildren, nieces, and nephews, as well as James Olsen, will be honorary pallbearers.
Graveside services will be held Thursday, March 13, 2025 at 10:00 am at Egner Cemetery with Matthew Chappell officiating.
Visitation will be Wednesday, March 12, 2025 at the Roller-Crouch Funeral Home from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm.
