
Norma Jean Mobley, 70, of Batesville passed away on March 15, 2025, at White River Medical Center. She was born April 20, 195,4 at Blytheville to Earl and Wanda (Pinkerton) Heflin. She worked at GDX for many years and later for Littlefield as a store manager. She enjoyed her family and grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Bill Mobley; one son, James Mobley; two brothers, Jurell Heflin and Jimmy Heflin; two sisters Peggy Heflin and Ellen Light.
Survivors include one son, Michael Mobley (Winter) of Navarre, FL; one sister Jane Johnson of Batesville; two grandchildren, Alexis Whitfield (Sander) of San Diego, CA and Jayden Mitchell of WI; several nieces and nephews along with a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held Friday, March 21, 2025, at 10:00 A.M. at the Qualls Batesville Funeral Service Chapel with Bro. Steve Gunther officiating. Burial will follow in the Roselawn Cemetery at Batesville.

Visitation will begin Thursday, March 20, 2025, from 5-7 P.M at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Danny Heflin, Dillon Carpenter, Brandon Penn, Sander Whitfield, John Johnson, and Michael Mobley.
