
Bad Boy Mowers and the University of Arkansas Community College at Batesville (UACCB) hosted the 2025 Bad Boy Industry Signing Day on Friday, April 11, at the UACCB Workforce Training Center.
The event honored six UACCB students who completed rigorous welding tests to qualify for positions at Bad Boy Mowers. Throughout the academic year, representatives from Bad Boy worked with UACCB students to align their training with industry standards.
The signing day highlighted the students’ dedication and talent, reinforcing the strong partnership between Bad Boy Mowers and UACCB.
The following students participated:

• Ally Moye, of Cave City
• Brayden Borrow, Cave City High School
• Mason Dittmar, Cave City High School
• Landon Parks, Midland High School
• Eddie Thomas, Cave City High School
“Having this Signing Day is a powerful reminder of the strong ties between education and industry, which is essential for success and the betterment of our state and community,” said Zach Perrine, provost at UACCB. “Most importantly, it is the right thing to do for our students.”
The event included a formal signing ceremony and remarks from Jason Carson, vice president of human resources, and Mary Duvall, human resources representative at Bad Boy Mowers.
