
Debra (Debbie) Kay Rowe, 68, departed this life on Friday, April 11, 2025, at her home in Charlotte. She was born on July 13, 1956, in Kansas City, Missouri, to Lloyd and Martha Kaberly Perry.
Debbie worked at Lacroix Precision Optics in Batesville on the assembly line and retired from there after working several years. She was known to be a “shopper” and enjoyed antiques, yard sales and malls. She loved reading and could be known to read a book each day. Debbie loved her family dearly and always enjoyed her family gatherings. She will be remembered for loving her grandchildren and enjoying many great times with them.
Left to cherish her memory is her son, John (Charlotte) Rowe, of Southside; her daughters, Kathryn (David) Fulcher, of Batesville, and Sonya (Jr.) Bunch, of Charlotte; grandchildren, Josh, Aaron, Daniel, Savannah, Ricky, Tiffany, Morgan, Chelsea, Auraijaia, Jordan, Brandon, Vanessa, Alexis, JT, Bailey, and Tyler; twenty great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, John; sons, Jay and David; brother, Mike; grandson, Jonathan; and great-grandson, Jr.
A Graveside Service will be Thursday, April 17, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. in the Center Grove Cemetery in Charlotte with David Fulcher officiating.
Pallbearers will be Ricky Hall, Daniel Fulcher, Brandon Rowe, and Bobby Sanders.
Honorary Pallbearers are David Fulcher and Jr. Bunch.
