The Ozarka College Foundation’s annual Spring Gala has been scheduled.
Themed “Empowering Futures,” the event will take place in the Student Services Center at Ozarka College, located at 218 College Dr. in Melbourne. The gala will be held Thursday, April 6, at 6 p.m.
FNBC Community Bankers will be the presenting sponsor for this year’s event, which will feature a gourmet dinner catered by the Ozarka College Culinary Arts department. A live auction, including a prize donated by Sissy’s Log Cabin, will also return.
“We are thrilled to have FNBC as the lead sponsor for our signature event this year,” said Dr. Josh Wilson, vice president for Ozarka Advancement. “We are grateful for our friends at FNBC and their continued commitment to advancing opportunities for our students.”
Proceeds will support the foundation “…in its effort to provide resources necessary for many students to have life-changing experiences through education at Ozarka College,” according to a release from the foundation.
Corporate sponsorships are still available, and individual tickets may be purchased for $75 per person; however, quantities are limited, and attendees are encouraged to purchase early to ensure seating. For more information or to reserve your table, please call (870) 368-2059 to speak to Suellen in Ozarka College’s advancement office.
