Citizens Bank, headquartered in Batesville, has promoted Adillet Lindsey (pictured) to senior vice president, accounting manager.
“Adillet is an instrumental part of Citizens Bank and the accounting department, leading and assisting daily with an assertiveness to get things done,” said Citizens Bank Controller Michael Hoggard in a release announcing Lindsey’s promotion. “She is a great leader, cares about the growth and development of her teammates, and strives each day to provide quality service to both our customers and associates.”
In this role, Lindsey will oversee the accounting department and functions, holding continued responsibilities to build new processes and efficiencies to accommodate the bank’s steadfast expansion.
“It is an honor to be part of a team with such progressive growth,” said Lindsey. “I look forward to working together to meet our goals and controls as an expanding bank continuing a ‘People First’ mission.”
Lindsey currently serves as a member of the Red-Hot Ladies Luncheon committee, a fundraising vehicle supporting the health-related needs of women and their families in Batesville and surrounding communities. She previously served as director and president of Habitat for Humanity of Independence County. Lindsey earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Arkansas State University. She and her husband, Bobby, of 41 years, live in Batesville.
