Betty Langston, 73, of Batesville passed away on Wednesday, May 24, 2023, in Batesville. She was born October 8, 1949, in Batesville to Malcom and Jewell Bullington King. She was a beautician for over 40 years. She enjoyed cooking, and entertaining and loved her family as well as social gatherings.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband of 54 years, Thurman Langston.
Survivors include two sons, Bryan Langston (Carla) and Brad Langston (Karen) all of Batesville; a brother, Herb King (Nina) of Newark; two sisters, Dorothy Williams of Texas and Becky Anderson of Batesville; four grandchildren, Zach Langston, Katelyn Langston, Will Langston and Lizzie Langston as well as several nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be on Friday, May 26, 2023, at 2:00 PM at the Qualls Batesville Funeral Service chapel with Jeff Childers officiating.
Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will be Friday, May 26, 2023, from 1:00 PM until service time at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Drew Brooks, Randal King, Rodney Henderson, Greg King, Brad Moody and Gentry Moody.
