Charlie’s Clips and Cuts celebrated its grand opening Monday with a ribbon-cutting ceremony from the Batesville Area Chamber of Commerce.
A full-service salon providing haircuts, styling, manicures, and pedicures, Charlie’s Clips and Cuts is located at 195 E. Charles St. in Batesville.
As part of its grand opening, Charlie’s Clips and Cuts is holding a Cuts for Cops event. First responders can stop by until 7 p.m. Monday and receive a free haircut from Charlie’s Clips and Cuts and the University of Arkansas Community College at Batesville’s (UACCB) cosmetology program.
Charlie’s Clips and Cuts is working to partner with UACCB’s cosmetology program to provide students with continued training and real-world experience, an announcement from the chamber said.
