Frankie J. Montgomery, 87, of Batesville passed away Saturday, July 1, 2023.
He was born February 29, 1936, in Red Onion, Missouri to Joesph Wildey Montgomery and Emma Pierce Montgomery.
Frankie was a devout Christian of the Baptist faith and loved his family. He was a tool & dye maker and owned his own shop. He loved to help people and enjoyed working on old trucks. He could truly fix anything.
Survivors include his wife of 60 years, Carol Teague Montgomery of Batesville; son, Randal Montgomery of Grandview, Missouri; two brothers, Larry Montgomery of Jonesboro and Gary Montgomery of Helena; two sisters, Charlene Henson of Caraway and Reba Jones of Flint, Michigan; two grandchildren, Ashley Foster and Scott Montgomery; three great-grandchildren, Cruz Foster, Carolina Malinsic and Camden Malinsic; as well as nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and one sister.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm Friday, July 7, 2023, at Roller-Crouch Funeral Home with Bro. Bobby Sheppard officiating.
