Vance Landon Pillow, 85, of Cave City passed away on Friday, August 18, 2023, in Searcy. He was born August 2, 1938, in Beech Grove, Arkansas to Elvis Clinton Pillow and Opal Oreen Bryant. He was a retired truck driver and a member of the Eastside Southern Baptist Church of Cave City. Vance enjoyed watching Western movies, coffee shop counseling and spending time with his grandchildren. He was also an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan.
He is preceded in death by his parents and his two brothers, Clinton Pillow and Weldon Pillow.
He is survived by his wife of over 64 years, Nina Lamb Pillow; four sons, Lesley Pillow, Lyndon Pillow, Jeffrey Pillow and Lance Pillow; two daughters, Alyce Bibbs and Patricia Coppola; one brother, Kenneth Pillow; thirteen grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren and other relatives and friends.
