Tommy Morgan, 68, of Poughkeepsie, Arkansas passed away Monday, September 25, 2023, at White River Health Hospital in Batesville, Arkansas. He was born March 18, 1955, in Batesville, Arkansas to Newt and Alamola (Norris) Morgan. Tommy spent his working years as a lineman and Ash Flat District Superintendant for North Arkansas Electric Cooperative. He retired on May 6, 2019, after 45 years of service for NAEC. He married the love of his life, Sheila Harrison on May 25, 1973, at the Bettis Town Church of Christ in Poughkeepsie, Arkansas. They celebrated 50 wonderful years of marriage on May 25, 2023. To this union came two beautiful daughters, Crystal and Brandy. Tommy enjoyed working on his cattle farm and spending time with family and friends.
Tommy is preceded in death by his parents; his brother, Larry Morgan; grandparents, James and Ovetta Morgan and Martin and Lockie Norris.
Tommy is survived by his wife, Sheila Morgan of the home; daughters, Crystal and husband Jessie Hall of Poughkeepsie, Arkansas and Brandy and husband Justin Wilson of West Plains, Missouri; brother, Marty Morgan and wife Glynette of Cave City, Arkansas; his sister in law, Sharon Morgan of Muskogee, Oklahoma; grandchildren, Michelle, Jessie Leigh and Jace Hall all of Poughkeepsie, Arkansas, Tinley and Braylee Wilson of West Plains, Missouri; nieces and nephews, Tanya Mecham and family, Debbie Elam and family, Kenny and Kim Morgan and family, Taggert and Jamie Morgan and family, Trenton and Alex Morgan and family, Shane and Tina Goodman and family, Janell Cook and family; and several other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, September 28, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. at the Bettis Town Church of Christ in Poughkeepsie with C.C. Baird officiating. Burial will follow in the Spotts Cemetery in Poughkeepsie.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, September 27, 2023, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Qualls Funeral Home Chapel in Cave City.

Pallbearers are James Woody, Taggert Morgan, Trenton Morgan, Kenny Morgan, Jessie Hall, Justin Wilson, Danny Denton and Rickey Huckabee.
Honorary pallbearers are his co-workers at the NAEC Ash Flat office.
