David Paul Griffin Sr., 60, of Jacksonport departed this life on Saturday, October 21, 2023. He was born in Safford, Arizona on July 22, 1963, to Arthur Griffin and Lanora (Hill) Guilford.
David enjoyed being outdoors, he could often be found arrowhead hunting or fishing. He was also a big sports fan; he was always tuning into his favorite sports on television. He also liked writing poetry and songs. He was a family man who loved spending time with his dogs and his family.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and his brothers, Douglas Griffin, Steven Griffin, and Anthony Griffin.
He is survived by his wife of the home, Kathy Griffin; his sons, Frank Barger of Newport, Stephen Barger of Newport, David Griffin Jr., (April) of Newport; his daughters, Amy Conway of Newport, Amber Young (Steven) of Rosie, and Kimberly Diaz (Jorge) of Balch; seventeen grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
