Virginia Ann Knappenberger, 74, of Evening Shade, Arkansas passed away Monday, October 23, 2023.
She was born March 21, 1949, in Lake City, Arkansas to William Arthur Sneed, Jr. and Thelma Irene Stalcup.
She loved reading her Bible and spending time with her grandchildren. She attended Cave City First Assembly of God.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Kevin Sneed; one son, Cliff Knappenberger; and one son-in-law, Rev. Michael Ring.
Survivors include her husband of 48 years, Paul Knappenberger of the home; son, William Duvall (Honey) of North Stonington, Connecticut; daughters, Angela Hatfield of Cave City and Ann Ring of Batesville; son, Scott Knappenberger of Evening Shade; John Knappenberger (Debra) of Southside; one brother, Jimmy Sneed (Barbara) of New Castle, Delaware; grandchildren, Corey Duvall, Tristian Duvall, Trever Hatfield, Petra Ring, and Zoe Ring; and great-grandchild, Tyson Hatfield.
A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Thursday, October 26, 2023, at Cave City First Assembly with Rev. Bobby Sanders officiating. Burial will be at Mt. Carmel Cemetery in Sidney, Arkansas. Arrangements were made by Roller-Crouch Funeral Home of Batesville.
