A Legislative Forum focusing on the pay plan and performance evaluations for Arkansas state employees is scheduled for Wednesday, Feb. 7, in Batesville.
The event, held in collaboration with the University of Arkansas Community College at Batesville (UACCB), will be hosted by the Arkansas State Employees Association (ASEA).
The forum will seek to provide a platform for open dialogue between state employees and elected officials, specifically addressing issues related to the pay plan and performance evaluations, according to a release from ASEA.
Area elected officials will speak, “providing valuable insights and updates on the pay plan and performance evaluations for state employees,” according to the release. An interactive discussion will also be featured, “…allowing state employees to engage directly with policymakers, ask questions, and share their perspectives.”
The event will take place at 5 p.m. in Lecture Hall – IH103 on the UACCB campus.
Arkansas state employees interested in attending the Legislative Forum can register by email at npoole@aseaar.org. Space is limited, so early registration is encouraged.
