Two-vehicle accident claims life of Hardy man

A Hardy man died in a two-vehicle accident in rural Clay County on Tuesday.

According to the Arkansas State Police, Timothy D. Evans, 49, was driving north on U.S. Highway 67 when his 2001 Chevrolet crossed the center line and struck a southbound 2022 International. The driver of the International was not reported as injured.

The state police fatality report said the road was dry and the weather was clear at the time of the accident.
