Rebecca Jo Croney, 48, of Mountain View, Arkansas, passed away on February 25th, 2024, peacefully, surrounded by her family. Rebecca was born April 24th, 1975, in Wausau, Wisconsin, to JoAnne Guthrie.
Rebecca was a Christian. She loved life and adored her family. She enjoyed seeing her grandbabies, spending time with family, watching the Hallmark channel, listening to her wind chimes, watching hummingbirds, and taking care of her house plants. She also loved her dogs, especially Chihuahuas. She was loved by many people and will be greatly missed.
Left to cherish her memory is her loving husband of twenty-three years, Kenneth Croney; seven daughters, Ashlee (Jonah) Pinkston of Springfield, Missouri, Rainee (Seth) Mullins of Mountain View, Arkansas, Elizabeth (Dustin) Porterfield of Austin, Arkansas, Gabby (Nathan) Childers of Mountain Home, Arkansas, Katie (Joe Phillips) Croney of Austin, Arkansas, Kimberly (Landon) McIntyre of Jacksonville, Arkansas, and Jessica (Chantz) Wash of Rensselaer, Indiana; two siblings, Michelle Guthrie of Bonham, Texas and Charles (Whitney) Guthrie, JR of Orlando, Florida; maternal grandmother, Carol Henke of Wausau, Wisconsin. Rebecca is also survived by twelve grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and many friends.
Rebecca was preceded in death by her mother, JoAnne Guthrie and maternal grandfather, Carl Henke.
A visitation will take place Thursday, February 29th, 2024, from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm, at the Mountain View Funeral Service Chapel. A funeral service will follow at 2:00 pm. Brother Bryan Wilkie will officiate the service. Interment will take place at the Livingston Creek Cemetery.
Pallbearers are Seth Mullins, Dustin Porterfield, Joseph Phillips, Landon McIntyre, Chantz Wash, and Nathan Childers.
