The Humane Society of Independence County will host “Bark in the Park” at Batesville’s Riverside Park this Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
An amateur dog show and a “Fast & Furry Fun Walk” will be part of the fun for all types of canines. For the dogs’ human friends, there will be food, vendor booths, face painting, kids’ games, and a bounce house.
All dogs are welcome, but they must be leashed. Proceeds benefit the Humane Society of Independence County.
