Briley Raine Clouse, 18, passed away on Friday, September 6, 2024.
She was born on August 31, 2006, to John D. Clouse and Jamie (Scheppmann) Manning. Briley was a sweet, shy, and quiet girl with an easygoing personality. She was very agreeable, and if she had an opinion, she would keep it to herself unless someone made her tell it. She never created or fed drama, always just going with the wind.
Briley enjoyed listening to music, fishing, and riding the side-by-side with her dad. She lived an adventurous life with her mom, always traveling to new places. At the time of Briley’s birth, she was the first girl born with the Clouse name in ninety-six years. Although her time on earth was short, the family is left to cherish the memories they have of her and will miss her dearly.
Briley is survived by her parents, John D. Clouse, Jamie Manning, and Josh Manning; brothers, John Mobley Clouse (Katie Jennings), Hunter Gallant (Haley), Justin Gallant, and Chance Gallant; nieces, Heidi Gallant, Hattie Gallant, and Ivy Grace Clouse; uncles, Ronnie Clouse and Troy Scheppmann (Darbi); aunts, Trisha Scheppmann, Cyndie Scheppmann, Audrey Scheppman, and Hallie Manning; grandparents, Von and Janice Clouse, Kay Scheppmann, Eddie Manning, and Joann Manning; great-grandmother, Melba Clouse; and a host of other relatives and friends.
There will be a visitation held at Willis Funeral Service Chapel on Thursday, September 26, 2024, from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m The funeral service, officiated by Larron McClure, will begin at 2 p.m.
