Jose Ramon Sanchez, 75, of Pleasant Plains passed away on November 12, 2024, at Pleasant Plains. He was born April 6, 1949 at Tepatitlan de Morelos Jalisco, Mexico to Lino Sanchez Torrez and Natalia Navarro Sanchez. He was a farmer and a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church of Batesville. He enjoyed cattle farming, and gardening, loved his fruit trees, and spending time with family.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother Jose de Jesus Sanchez.
Survivors include wife, Esperonza Sanchez of the home; sons, Jesus Sanchez (Evangelina), Juan Carlos Sanchez (Maria Guadalupe), Christian Francisco Sanchez; daughters, Elizabeth Valladares (Victor Manuel), Rosa Angela Sanchez; brothers, Jose Sanchez (Sara), Raul Sanchez (Mariza), Ruben Sanchez, Jose Manuel Sanchez; sister, Ma Elena; ten grandchildren along with a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be on Saturday, November 16, 2024, at 10:00 A.M. at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Batesville with Jon Minisk officiating.
His burial services will conclude at the El Panteon Viejo cemetery in Tepatitlan de Morelos Jalisco, Mexico.
