A Stone County man died in a one-vehicle accident in Independence County on Dec. 7.
According to Arkansas State Police, Russell A. Moore, 60, of Marcella, was killed when his vehicle, traveling south on Highway 25 near Winston Lane, crossed the southbound fog line and ran off the right side of the road.
The vehicle traveled through a ditch before striking a culvert, causing it to overturn.
The weather was clear, and the road was dry at the time of the accident, which occurred at 5:42 p.m.
