Levi Shane Dickens, 45, of Concord, passed away on Thursday, January 9, 2025, in Batesville. He was born on March 23, 1979, in Pleasanton, Texas, to Jerry “Buddy” and Shirley St. John Dickens.
Levi is a graduate of Concord High School. He was self-employed.
Levi was a big man with a heart of gold. He enjoyed being outdoors and looking for arrowheads on his parent’s land or in creeks. He also liked to fish and look or peddle for things as a pastime.
Left to cherish his memory is his parents, Buddy and Shirley, of the home; his brother, Shawn Dickens; his daughters, Keegan Holley Dickens, and Cheyennne “Wade” Brooks; four grandchildren, Shooter, Warren, Fisher, and Georgia Brooks; nephew, Kaleb Eli Dickens; several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Levi was blessed with a large family who loved him dearly.
He also had special friends who helped him last year, Richard Thomas, Janelle Sharp, Andrea Cooper, Richard and Peggy Hennessy.
Levi is preceded in death by his grandparents, Thurman and Lue Eva St. John, and Frank and Eunice Dickens.
A Memorial Service will be Friday, January 17, 2025, in the Concord Community Center at 2:00 p.m.
Levi loved to make sure people had enough food so In lieu of flowers donations may be made to food banks or your favorite charity.
