Linda L. Blansett of Mountain View, Arkansas passed peacefully on Tuesday, January 28th at the age of 88. Linda was born and raised in Mountain View and graduated from Mountain View High School in 1954 with her husband Billie D. Blansett.
Linda’s eternal love for Bill and support of his career led to 40 years of relocation between Wichita and Washington State before returning back home to Mountain View in 1994. Linda’s lifelong passion for genealogy, sewing, and quilting was surpassed only by her love for family and dedication to her husband and two daughters Sherra and Donna.
Linda is survived by her daughter Donna, son-in-laws Dan and Galen, and three grandchildren Brandon, Eric, and Katie.
She is preceded in death by her mother Mary Abigal Doyle Moody, her father Corbin Elmo Moody, her daughter Sherra Turner, and her husband Bill.
Memorial Services will be held at Flatwoods Baptist Church in Mountain View, AR on Saturday, February 8th at 2 PM with burial to follow.
