First Community Bank has announced the promotion of Kyler Shaw to assistant vice president, facilities manager. Shaw, who has been with the bank since 2017, will now lead the bank’s facilities operations.
Shaw began his career at First Community Bank in the marketing department, where he worked from 2017 to 2020. He transitioned to the facilities department in 2021 and has steadily advanced within the organization.
“I’m honored to step into this leadership position,” Shaw said. “First Community Bank has been an incredible place to grow my career, and I’m excited to continue working with our team to ensure our facilities serve both our employees and customers efficiently.”
Mandy Vaughan, senior vice president, special assets manager and lending, praised Shaw’s commitment and expertise. “Kyler’s dedication and attention to detail have been evident in every role he’s held at the bank,” Vaughan said. “His leadership and problem-solving skills will be invaluable as he takes on this new responsibility.”
Shaw and his wife, Lexi, reside in Batesville with their daughter, Savvy. In his free time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and other outdoor activities.
