
Robert Dale Foster, 60, of Tuckerman, passed from this life on February 18, 2025. He was born in Little Rock on January 4, 1965, to Virgil Don Foster Sr. and Evelyn Joanie (Rorex) Foster Prokopf.
Robert was a man of deep faith, always putting his trust in God and living with a heart full of love and kindness. A master plumber by trade, he took great pride in his work and used his skills to help others whenever he could.
Robert was a devoted family man who cherished every moment spent with his loved ones. He believed in living life to the fullest, filling every day with laughter and joy. His smile and sense of humor was known for bringing such happiness to anyone who had the chance to be around him. A dedicated San Francisco 49ers and NASCAR fan, he never missed a chance to cheer on his team or root for his favorite driver. His passion for music was undeniable, he enjoyed expressing it through karaoke and proudly referred to himself as “Kid Rob.”
He was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend who brought warmth and happiness to those around him. Though he is no longer with us, his memory and the love he shared will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his son, Buddy Garnett, his sister, Donna Gail Foster; his grandchildren, Sophie Garnett and Jonathan Garnett; and his sister-in-law, Tammie Foster; and the mother of his children, Rita Foster.
He is survived by his wife, Carrie Foster of the home; his daughters, Joni Foster of Cabot, and Katie Foster of Abilene, Texas; his daughter-in-law, Jessica Garnett of Bryant; his stepchildren, Heather Halbrook of Little Rock and Jeremy Lockett of Little Rock; his brother, Virgil Foster Jr. of Tuckerman; his sister, Melody Perry of Jonesboro; his grandchildren, Brayden Bryant of Cabot, Ellie Garnett of Bryant, Travis Garnett of Bryant, Jalen Simmons of Little Rock, Alexis Hulem of Little Rock, and Kyrie Hulem of Little Rock; his nieces, Olivia Perry of Jonesboro and Hannah Perry of Jonesboro; his nephews, Ryan Foster of Tuckerman and Travis Foster of Tuckerman; his great nephew, Czar Reed; great niece, Blaiklee Foster; and a host of family and friends.
Service will be at 2:00 p.m. on March 1, 2025, at Dillinger Funeral Home Chapel.
