KARK 4 News in Little Rock reports the Arkansas Department of Emergency Management confirms one person has died in a hazardous truck explosion.
Officials told KARK-TV the carrier vehicle was a tanker, not a hopper.
A hopper car or hopper wagon is a type of railroad freight car used to transport loose bulk commodities such as coal, ore, grain, and track ballast.
The explosion was felt in a 60-mile radius.
200 to 300 yards of a forest was on fire around the explosion.

KARK 4 News in Little Rock is reporting a truck carrying ammonium nitrate exploded in western Ouachita County near Camden.
A one-mile radius along U.S 278 near Highway 57 is being evacuated following a tanker truck accident.
The truck was carrying ammonium nitrate, which is a toxic chemical. There are reports of citizens feeling the explosion as far as El Dorado.
