The White River Now road crew joined Independence County Sheriff Shawn Stephens and his deputies as the department served as an outlet for National Drug Take-Back Day, Saturday, April 27.
Arkansas 103.3’s Teisha Bee broadcast live from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. as the sheriff and his deputies accepted outdated medicine for proper disposal throughout the day. Quapaw House served as co-sponsor of the event.
