After a deceased body was found in Independence County earlier this week, four people have now been arrested and charged in Lonoke County.
Three men — Robert Garner, Robert Lloyd Clark, and Timmy Joe Hubmann — along with one woman, Christy Lea Dennis, have been charged with capital murder, abuse of a corpse, and tampering with physical evidence.

Independence County Sheriff Shawn Stephens said earlier today that the body had been identified by the Arkansas State Crime Lab as a 49-year-old man. The body was found Monday outside near a residence on Union Hill Road (off Blackland Road) in the southern part of the county.
The body was tied to Lonoke County in that the victim was apparently killed in Lonoke County and then dumped in Independence County, according to authorities. Thus, the two charges: abuse of a corpse and tampering with physical evidence.
The name of the deceased has not yet been released.
