Two men were arrested Wednesday during a traffic stop in north Batesville by Independence County Deputies.
One of the men, the driver, Matt Martin, was wanted in Izard County and taken into custody by Chief Deputy Sheriff Aaron Moody.
The passenger, Trevor Anthony Billingsley, 23, of Batesville, was found to be in possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
Billingsley was taken into custody by Narcotics Investigator Johnny Byler. Billingsley is now facing two felony charges.
Both men were taken to jail without incident.
