Batesville High School Athletic Director Dave King said today that all athletic games scheduled for BHS athletes have been suspended, at least until the end of the month.
King said the school is following Arkansas Activities Association directives.
He noted that the “small school” baseball tournament, scheduled for the end of March, has been cancelled. Coach King said practice and day-to-day activities will continue while school is in session.
King said the “large school” baseball and softball tournaments, scheduled in April, will be re-evaluated.
