A Batesville man was killed Sunday evening when the motorcycle he was driving hit an embankment on State Highway 157 north of Pleasant Plains.
According to the Arkansas State Police, Randy Spooner, 57, was driving his Harley Davidson when the motorcycle struck the embankment causing it to overturn and slide along the ditch before it flipped over and came to a final rest.
State police say the weather was clear and the road dry at the time of the accident.
