Kenneth Dale Wild Sr., 68 of Batesville died Saturday, Oct. 10, 2020. He was born April 3, 1952, in Cairo, Illinois to Louis and Verda Mae Thompson Wild.
He was retired from Neon Sign in Mount Vernon, Illinois, and a member of Calvary Pentecostal Church in Mount Vernon, Illinois.
He was preceded in death by his parents and three sisters, Shirley Hill, Joann Arnold, and Karen Little.
Survivors include three sons, Kenneth Wild Jr. (Alex) of Batesville, Michael Wild (Emily) of San Diego, California and Anil Wild of Newark; two daughters, Penny Greenlee (William) of Kankakee, Illinois and Bobbie Wild of Batesville; two brothers, Richard Wild (Elaine) of Mounds, Illinois and Harry Wild of Cairo, Illinois; one sister, Patsy Rundles of Cairo, Illinois; seventeen grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be Friday, Oct. 16, 2020, at 10:00 a.m. at the Faith Hopewell Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Batesville with Rev. Rian Puckett officiating.
Burial will follow in the Oaklawn Cemetery in Batesville with arrangements by Qualls Batesville Funeral Service.
Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. until service time at the church.
Pallbearers will be Kenneth Wild Jr., Michael Wild, Anil Wild, and Shannon Templin.
