Myrna Brannon Walls 77, of Newport, departed this life Monday, Dec. 7, 2020.
She was born Nov. 25, 1943, in Newport, Arkansas to Pete Brannon and Jewel Maxine Drinkard.
She was a hairstylist. She enjoyed playing cards, listening to Willie Nelson, and just being a nanny. Her favorite pastime was spending time with her grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband; Charles Walls, her son; Peter Smith her grandson; Marcus Nelson, her brother; Matt Brannon, and her sister; Sherry Perry.
She is survived by her son Buddy King, Her daughter; Mickie Nelson, her brother; Mitchell Brannon, and her grandchildren; Megan Friar, Bailey Headley, Brooklyn Smithee, Kenlee Friar, Grace Hudgens, Stockard King, Kirsten King, Terrance Luker, Javier Smith, Zane King and her beloved dog “Baby”.
The service will be Thursday, Dec. 10, 2020, at 10:00 at Dillinger Funeral Home. Interment will be at Coffeyville Cemetery. Visitation will be from 9:00 – 10:00 at the chapel.
