Janet Laymon England Copeland, 76 of Batesville passed away Thursday, June 10, 2021, at her home.
She was born Feb. 3, 1945, in Marianna, Arkansas to Sam and Ethel Lamon. She was retired from GenCorp Automotive in Batesville and attended Oak Hill Pentecostal Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Junior Wayne England; one son, Johnny Wayne England; one daughter, Judie Lynn England Baker and three brothers, Lynue Laymon (Myrtle), Ulis Lamon (Prudence), and Connie Laymon (Nancy) and one sister, Tilda Sue Price.
Survivors include one sister, Osta Herron of Jasper, Alabama; two grandchildren, Craig Baker (Ashley) of Newark and Christian England (Jacob Warner) of Cord; three great-grandchildren, Grayson Wayne Baker, Hadley Jo Warner, and Braylynn Claire Baker; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, June 15, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. at the Qualls Batesville Funeral Service Chapel. Burial will follow in the Barnes Cemetery in Batesville.
Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. until service time at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Craig Baker, Keith Riley, Jacob Warner, Seth Wilson, Tyler McKown, and Mark Laymon.
