Phyllis Jean Reeves (Bobbie to most), 69, of Batesville was born June 24, 1952, and lived her dash until June 24, 2021. Bobbie was born in Pryor, OK to Edna Inez Pierce. Bobbie is the mother of Shannon (Jason) Greenfield of Batesville and Coty (Shawna) Reeves of Batesville. She is the very special “YaYa” to one granddaughter, Kinsley Greenfield of Batesville. Bobbie was the sister to the late Wayne Pierce of Melbourne, the late Linda Kay Wilson of Batesville, Patsy Branscum of Batesville, and Duran Page of Batesville.
Bobbie was a dedicated mother first and foremost. She treasured her children, and she especially loved her role as “YaYa” to her granddaughter. Bobbie also was a dedicated Registered Nurse for many years at Unity Health Hospital in Searcy on 3 South floor. She got to spend her last days on that same floor and she was taken amazing care of by her dedicated former co-worker nurse friends. She had a smile on her face and was holding hands with both of her children when she passed away. “Sometimes you will never know the value of a moment until it becomes a memory” – Dr Seuss
