Kohn Autry Jones, 78 of Poughkeepsie passed away Thursday, Sept. 9, 2021, at his home.
He was born Jan. 18, 1943, in Smithville, Arkansas to George Tilman and Trevlyn Doris (Darnell) Jones.
He was a farmer, a U.S. Army Veteran, and a member of Lebanon Missionary Baptist Church at Poughkeepsie.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include one son, Jeffery Jones of Poughkeepsie; two daughters, Merri Fleming (Mickel) of Poughkeepsie and Connie Sorrels (Stephen) of Marion; one brother George T. Jones Jr. of Poughkeepsie; one sister, Linda Carter of Evening Shade; five grandchildren, Lucas Martin, Amber Martin, Crystal Cook, Morgan Masengale and Sydney Masengale; two great-grandchildren, Cloe Martin and Daniel Cook; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Memorial services will be held at a later date. Arrangements are by Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City.
