First Community Bank has announced the hiring of Candi Grace (pictured) as mortgage loan originator at the Saddle Creek branch located at 8201 Ranch Boulevard, Ste. B-4 in Little Rock. Grace comes to First Community Bank with over 20 years in the real estate industry, as both a realtor and an investor. In her new role, she will educate, advise, and guide potential borrowers through the loan application process.
“We are excited to welcome Candi to our mortgage lending team,” said Dale Cole, chairman and chief executive officer for First Community Bank. “She will be excellent at building close relationships with borrowers, and serving as a trusted resource from start to finish.”
Grace earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration in finance and banking and her master of science in education and counseling from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. She received formalized coach training and is a certified professional coach through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching. She has successfully completed the XINNIX Ground School Mortgage Academy. Grace is very active in her community and previously served on the board of church advocates with Lyon College. Additionally, she has served as the Stephen Minister at the Second Presbyterian Church in Little Rock.
