Juliann Stevens hit four three-pointers in the opening quarter and the Lady Southerners led 14 to 7 at the end of the first quarter against Valley View and never looked back in a dominating 56-47 win — their 21st in a row — to wrap up the conference title and overall number-one seed in the district tournament.
Olivia Allen led all scorers with 21 points, Juliann Stevens had 17, and Kamie Jenkins and Alexa Blevins had eight each.
The Southerners ran their conference record to 11-0 and play at Pocahontas Wednesday night.
