Independence County Sheriff Shawn Stephens said today that deputies are looking for two runaway female juveniles.

Stephens said the first runaway, Britney Teague (pictured above, left), 16, was reported Monday, March 28, by Teague’s mother who said her daughter did not come home from a friend’s house at her scheduled time.

Teague was reported as staying Sunday night at a friend’s residence. Sheriff Stephens said the teenager did not go to school Monday and did not show up for an after-school job appointment.

Britney Teague weighs approximately 125 pounds and stands 5 feet, 6 inches. She was last seen wearing ripped blue jeans and a khaki-colored hoodie. She has been entered into the Arkansas Crime Information Center, and a BOLO (Be on the Lookout) has been issued by the Independence County Central Dispatch.

In the other case, Deputy Chris Stump was dispatched to a Pleasant Plains residence early Tuesday in reference to an apparent runaway juvenile.

The juvenile’s mother said her 16-year-old daughter, Vicktoria Biggs (pictured, right), left a note on her bed and was not in the residence when she woke up Tuesday morning.

The juvenile weighs approximately 160 pounds and stands 5 feet, 4 inches. She was last seen wearing a grey hoodie and jean shorts. She has blonde, pink, and black hair. Sheriff Stephens said the mother stated Vicktoria was last around 10 p.m. Monday by her younger brother.

Vicktoria Biggs has been entered into the Arkansas Crime Information Center and a BOLO (Be on the Lookout) issued.
