Frank Garza, 62, of Weiner, Arkansas departed this life Monday, April 25, 2022, at his home. He was born September 25, 1959 in Parkin, Arkansas the son of Lucio and Porfiria (Flores) Garza.
Frank’s parents preceded him in death, also four brothers: Ezekial, Lucio Jr., and two infant brothers.
Frank married Mildred Stevenson on August 4, 1984, and they have enjoyed thirty-seven years together. He enjoyed fishing, and hunting, and loved to work and shoot his guns. He also enjoyed walking and the time spent with family and friends.
Frank is survived by his wife, Mildred of the home in Weiner, three sons: Frank Garza Jr. and wife Melissa of Harrisburg, Alvis “Slim” Bly and wife Dawn also of Harrisburg and Shane Bly and wife Amber of Grubbs, three brothers: Tony Garza of Forrest City, AR, Menual Garza of Marion, AR, and Juan Garza of Grubbs, AR, six sisters: Josie Garza of Forrest City, AR, Elida Soto of El Cappo, Texas, Elva Cardenas also El Cappo, Texas, Lucy Cardenas of Louise, Texas, Pat Haygood of Marked Tree, AR, and Laura Parish also of Marked Tree, 13 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren.
These men will serve as active pallbearers: Frank Garza Jr., Alvis Bly, Shane Bly, Tristen Bly, Kylan Garza, and Jake Bly.
Honorary pallbearers are: Clark Garza, Peyton Garza, Lane Bly, and Dakota Sturgeon.
Visitation will be Wednesday, April 27, 2022, at Jackson’s Funeral Home Chapel from 6:00 until 8:00 P. M. Funeral Service will follow on Thursday in the Chapel on April 28, 2022, at 10:00 A. M. Interment will be in Bolivar Cemetery.
