Without Limits MMA’s Matt Sellers dropped by the White River Now family of radio stations Monday morning to discuss a free women’s self-defense class Without Limits MMA will be holding at its gym on Saturday, May 21. Without Limits MMA is located at 464 S. State St. in Batesville, across from Fox Creek BBQ.
The two-hour class will focus on hands-on, basic self-defense, as well as defensive strategies women can utilize. Sellers says Without Limits MMA fighters will be assisting in the training which he says will be informative and fun. There is a 50-person limit to the class.
The class will also be an opportunity to assist in collecting donations and sponsorships for children unable to afford the Without Limits MMA Kids Camp, coming the week of June 21.
