Bad Boy Mowers announced today an agreement with the New York Yankees to become the title partner of the Pinstripe Bowl.
The bowl will be known as the Bad Boy Mowers Pinstripe Bowl and will be played at Yankee Stadium on Dec. 29 as a matchup between Big Ten and ACC teams selected at a later date. The game will be televised on ESPN at 2 p.m. ET/ 1 p.m. CST.
“Bad Boy Mowers is thrilled to be the title partner of the Pinstripe Bowl at Yankee Stadium, and support once again the great American tradition of college football,” said Peter Ballantyne, CEO of Batesville-based Bad Boy Mowers, in a release announcing the partnership. “We continue to grow in popularity and sales across the country and are expanding and surging right now in the Big Ten and ACC territories. We see this partnership as a fantastic way to further instill the Bad Boy Mowers dedication to great products and excellent value in these regions.”
Bad Boy Mowers has a long history of sponsoring athletics including their partnership with the Kansas City Chiefs.
They are now building on their current relationship with NCAA sports. They continue to sponsor the Bad Boy Mowers Battle 4 Atlantis for both the men’s and recently added women’s tournaments. The tournament is held Thanksgiving week and features some of the best teams in college basketball.
