Kenneth Warren Branscum, 74, passed away on September 8, 2022. He was born in Pine Bluff, AR, on March 17, 1948, to Troy and Irene Branscum.
Kenneth was of the Christian faith and a member of Grace Community Church for almost twenty years. He was a proud Navy veteran who joined during the Vietnam War and served his country for a total of six years. After his service, Kenneth became a member of the American Legion and was active as a member for over forty years. He was also a boy scout leader and a member of the VFW and Amvets. But most of all, Kenneth loved to spend time with his family. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend whose memory will forever be cherished by those that loved him.
He is preceded in death by his father, Troy Branscum; wife, Catherine E. Branscum; and brother, Larry Branscum. He is survived by his mother, Irene Branscum; sons, Kenneth L. Branscum and James T. Branscum; daughter, Dena Drummond; brother, Wayne Branscum; sisters, Pat Hayward and Nina Provence; grandchildren, James A. Branscum (Kayla), Alexsandria Randolph, Jace Farmer, Audreyanna Sparks, Shaylin Drummond, and Gary Drummond; as well as eight great-grandchildren.
A visitation will be held at Willis Funeral Service on Wednesday, September 14, 2022, from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. The funeral service, officiated by Jeff Nordhook, will be held at Willis Funeral Service on Thursday, September 15, 2022, at 10 a.m. Interment will follow at Witt Springs Cemetery at 2 p.m.
