Jimmy Wayne Dayberry, 66, of Pleasant Grove, Arkansas, passed away on January 2nd, 2023, at White River Medical Center, surrounded by his family.
He was born February 23rd, 1956, in Batesville, Arkansas to Emmitt Cecil Dayberry and Elsie Lee Forshee Dayberry.
Jimmy worked as a logger all his life. He enjoyed spending time with family, playing horseshoes, watching westerns/soap operas, and riding horses. He was loved by many and will be greatly missed.
Jimmy is survived by his loving wife of thirty-two years, Sharon Jon O’Conner Dayberry; three children, Jim Dayberry (Ashlee) of Cabot, Arkansas, Chad Dayberry of Pleasant Grove, Arkansas, and Corinna Gillihan (Aaron) of Mountain View, Arkansas; four siblings, Glen Dayberry (Wanda) of Pleasant Grove, Arkansas, Gary Dayberry, Ruby Wilson, and Brenda Fulks, all of Mountain View, Arkansas. Jimmy is also survived by twelve grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
Jimmy was preceded in death by his parents, Emmitt and Elsie Dayberry; two sons, Jeramie Gammill and Dylan Dayberry; six siblings, Benny Dayberry, James Dayberry, Donnie Dayberry, Cecil Dayberry, Mary Watters, and Kathy Lawson.
A visitation will be held Friday, January 6th, 2023 from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM, at the St. James United Methodist Church. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 PM. Brother Gary Don Fletcher will officiate the service. Interment will take place at the St. James Cemetery.
