Ella Frances Barnett, 78, of Little Rock, Arkansas departed this life on January 2, 2023. She is preceded in death by her husband: Cleveland Barnett; parents: John Earle and Mattie Lee Merriwether and 3 brothers.
She leaves to cherish her memory of her children: Dametrice Fransha Anderson of Little Rock, Arkansas and John Cameron Barnett of New York City, New York; 4 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
