The Culinary Arts program students are excited to host Chef’s Table on February 25 from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Ozarka’s Melbourne campus. This upcoming event will showcase a variety of exquisite dishes and is open to community members, Ozarka staff, and students.
The event will feature dishes prepared by the Culinary students. Guests can start with a Caesar salad croquet, tomato napoleon, or crab cakes with a bright lemon butter sauce—each offering a unique and delicious beginning. Entree options include the Cajun steak with an apricot orange glaze, coq au vin blanc, and a vegetarian option of roasted cauliflower with pesto pasta. For dessert, indulge in chocolate mousse with bourbon chocolate truffles, a berry medley tart with macarons, or the tropical-inspired meringue entremet.
Tickets are $30 for one or $50 for two and can be purchased by calling our culinary arts department at 870.368.2070 or emailing chef@ozarka.edu<mailto:chef@
“This menu blends bold flavors with refined techniques to create an unforgettable dining experience,” said Chef Brioney Edwards, Ozarka College’s Lead Culinary Faculty. “The students are excited to show their skills to the community as well as other culinarians.”
